Powelectrics Welcome Kamil To Our Digital Transformation Development Team!
Powelectrics are delighted to welcome Kamil Niewiadomski as the latest addition to our Digital Transformation Development Team.
Kamil has just completed his degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Staffordshire University. Powelectrics enjoys a longstanding relationship with Staffs Uni and has benefitted from a number of academic/industrial digital transformation collaborations.
Powelectrics R&D Team has been growing fast over the last year and Kamil joins us as a Development Engineer. He is certainly enthusiastic, programming microcontrollers as a hobby and even having a YouTube channel to share news on his projects: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCapgLMFWeno3PC2YBwkalbg
Kamil told us “My Grandad was an electrician and I used to help him tinkering in his workshop. My Dad is also extremely practical, primarily as a carpenter. With role models like that, it was inevitable that I would follow a technical and creative career path. I’m excited that my PowTechnology role will develop my academic knowledge within real-life applications, just as I have always done in my own spare time. It’s a perfect fit!”
Peter Crowther, Powelectrics CTO, added, “Kamil created value for the company within his first two weeks in post. I don’t expect any new developer to do that, let alone a fresh graduate and I look forward to seeing what else he comes up with.”
Outside work, Kamil has used his woodwork skills to create a display area for his collection of vintage electronic games. He also enjoys working on cars and bikes and gardening.
Kamil has lived in the UK since he was a toddler, but he enjoys visiting family in Goleniów, where he gets the chance to brush up on his fluent Polish!
